It is based on drupal as a content management system. It has a lot more flexibility than this wordpress blog site, although for what they have in common wordpress is much easier to set up. I like that it has pages, blog entries, forums, and stories all built-in, which is much quicker to deploy than using separate applications for each and trying to keep the style sheets matching. I plan to migrate this site from wordpress to drupal at some time in the future.
