Here is a picture of tonight's dinner. It is penne pasta with black beans and mango. I got the recipe from RecipeZaar with a few changes. I used a can of tomatoes with onions already in it, I couldn't find fresh basil leaves at the store, and my garlic press jammed on me so I ended up chopping it up instead.
