I saw a man sitting in a truck up the street from my house yesterday. I saw his windshield wipers were on but barely moving so I figured he was having problems. I parked the Honda & got in my truck to go down there & see if he needed help. Oops - my battery was down because I left the dome light on a couple of days ago. (This Chevy truck has a switch that lets me keep the light from coming on when I open the door. So on the rare occasion when I need the light I turn it on and then forget that it wasn't on just because the door is open.) So I went back down there and asked if he needed anything. By this point he was reading a newspaper & told me he was waiting on AAA. So I went home & put the battery charger on the truck. The karma comes in because I would not have realized my own battery was flat if I hadn't tried to help him. Not exactly karma so it's karma[ish].
